Unimarutchi, the only Team Uni GoGo! member who somehow survived the rocket-crash, made a wish on a shooting star on New Tamagotchi Planet, to get back home on Tamagotchi Planet. The star ended up being a Tamapet that they dubbed "Lumatchi". When they woke up the next day, they were back home on Tamagotchi Planet and then they realized that Lumatchi stowed themself in Unimarutch's fluff, giving them powers which changed their appearance.
