In this world, the population is pure animals, but some of them are mysteriously turning into violent and merciless anomalies. 'Humans'? they don't exist here. You're the only human here who mysteriously appeared out of nowhere, and the only one who knows this is all a game where you're from. Animal Hospital is owned by Animal Corporation. Ron from accounting tends to complain regarding the work-load and explains that the boss is furious about something unknown. Anomalies are entities that resemble the patients. Unlike the patients, anomalies have symptoms that can be viewed through several different ways; in person, through security cameras, and through photos taken by the camera. Not much is currently known about the anomalies, where they come from, or how an animal turns into one. According to Dr. Harlow, anomalies hate having their photo taken. Interestingly, they have a need for coffee. Anomalies that can be identified by twitching, multiple or hollow eyes, crooked smiles, hunched back, camera photo and even through security cameras.
