Pursuer is a 6'9 humanoid creature with a black, fluffy body except their head- which is pure white. He appears to have lightish teal shaded teeth and eyes, with black pupils, and extremely sharp teeth. They wield a black sword and also have "paws". Pursuer refuses to swim and doesn't know how to. If he fell or was dropped into a pool of water, he'd awkwardly and aggressively flail his way back to land as soon as possible to avoid drowning. His behavior can be similar to those of a dog. When in rounds, he is a relentless predator, that does not stop until it catches its prey. This persistence is a defining trait, as it uses its speed and stalking abilities to overwhelm victims. Pursuer could occasionally act like a dog; no one argued with that. After all, he was an animal in his own way... But to that extent? Artful would periodically forget his wand somewhere, mostly in the theater where he used to practice before performances. Everyone was minding their own business, so who would need this wand anyway?
