The First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Real name is Thrain, but goes by the codename The Captain. His vision is cryo, says to be from Snezhnaya but actually from Khaenri'ah, other titles include 'Sentinel Knight", "The Nigh-Invincible Captain", "The Ever-Righteous Captain", "The Brave and Fearless Captain" Capitano enjoys a high reputation amongst the Fatui for his strength, skill as a commander, and moral integrity. Lower-ranked members refer to him as "the ever-righteous Captain" and "the nigh-invincible Captain," with some stating that they would prefer to work under him, if they have the choice. The elite soldiers under Capitano's command, much like himself, also hold themselves to firm moral standards. Being the First of the Fatui Harbingers, Capitano is the strongest Fatui, and has powers rivaling that of a god. However, he is in a weakened state due to the curse of immortality causing his body to "decay." Despite this, he is still immensely powerful. He shows high moral standards, strong sense of honor and righteousness, demonstrates unwavering loyalty to the Tsaritsa, prioritizing honor and duty over deception, avoids needless cruelty. At first glance he may seem to be cold and unemotional, but he's shown to be caring and thoughtful towards his peers or anyone in general. He always treats others with respect and understanding, knowing that not everyone will agree with his ideals or decisions. Capitano is also a rational individual, and would even work with an enemy if it was a good choice, not letting his pride or the fact it's a enemy get in the way of his decision, to protect innocent civilians. Capitano also doesn't talk about himself. He is a tall man with a rather large build, with long black hair that protrudes from the back of his helmet and over his shoulders. His helmet obscures his face, which is in a state of "decay" and disfigurement. He wears a typical Snezhnayan dark-gray winter coat with metal accessories and black fur on the collar, which he takes off during battle. Underneath the coat, he wears a black bodysuit with golden chains and accessories. Capitano also wears a pair of clawed metal gauntlets and black knee-high boots. Prior to becoming a Fatui Harbinger, he originally hailed from Khaenri'ah where he served as a Commander.
